Founded in 1990 Alan Decker established Decker’s Landscaping as a design build company. Alan quickly built a reputation of perfection and excellent customer service.

In 1993 Alan and his new wife Jodi purchased a dilapidated greenhouse operation in Alan’s home town. After lots of hard work cleaning and fixing up Decker’s opened up in April of 1993 as Decker’s Landscaping & Nursery, Inc.. Now able to offer our customers quality service as well as quality plant material it was a perfect fit.

Although offering quality landscapes and hardscapes installation was enjoyable Alan’s passion for nature led Decker’s into pond and waterfall installation. In 1997 Decker’s started installing water features to create a bit of nature for each customer. Alan’s love of nature is obvious in his landscape designs and adding a water feature element makes your landscape interactive. Our water features include ponds, pondless waterfalls, bog filtration, wetlands, small decorative water features, rain barrels and rain water harvesting systems. We are a Certified Aquascape Contractor valuing knowledge and education and certified in the latest water feature concepts. Decker’s also continues to install a full landscape design such as landscape plantings, retaining walls, walkways, patios and outdoor fire pits to complete your outdoor living space.

In 2003 to support our customer’s needs our pond shop was constructed to offer everything you need for a successful pond. We now carry pond kits for the do-it-yourselfer, liner, pumps, underwater lights and a full line of pond accessories. We offer the areas largest selection of aquatic plants, as well as a wide variety of fish (koi, comets, shubunkins, snails & tadpoles) and fish products.
